We can adjust anything to suit your dream wedding. See below package inclusions and prices for cocktail style or a sit-down dinner reception and menu. Prices based on ‘high season’ venue hire rates. All you have to do is invite your guests!

Your Palm Cove Wedding Planner 

  • Greet guests upon arrival to ceremony area   

  • Groom support at alter prior to ceremony    

  • Bridal support prior to walking the aisle     

  • Pre-wedding meetings & ceremony rehearsal    

  • Ceremony timeline     

  • Co-ordinator present for your wedding ceremony    

  • Help with planning extra’s in relation to the ceremony  

  • Organise set up of reception    

  • Organise timings with catering for flow of cocktail item serving   

  • Be present at reception until all formalities are complete    

  • Create MC Run sheets (if applicable)    

  • Allocate timing and order of speeches

  • 3 night’s minimum accommodation at Trinity Beach Palace   

  • Venue Hire of Trinity Beach Palace to use for your wedding day    

  • Reception set up in separate garden area, where views of the ocean are right on your doorstep    

  • Set up of your reception including:   

    • Furniture and lighting   

    • Cocktail style OR Seated dinner style   

    • Based off your guest numbers   

  • Fresh floral centrepieces to cover the allocation of furniture within your chosen style & guest numbers   

  • Catering of your pre-dinner and reception   

    • Pre-dinner grazing platter or 3 canapes    

    • Cocktail menu selection OR alternate drop seated menu    

    • Your selections made during planning 

    • Dietary requirements can be catered 

    • Offsite kitchen set up  

  • 6-hour Bar service to serve your BYO beverages, this includes:  

    • Barman staff, Eskies, Ice, Glassware
